I've got a simple message today.
If you want to be a leader, you need to do the following:
Outwork everybody. Everybody.
Understand that no task is beneath you. And actually
do any task that needs to be done. If you see trash in the parking lot, pick it up. If there is a
mess, clean it up.
As you grow in your leadership, your
relationships will change. If you aren’t ready to deal with that, you aren’t
ready for leadership.
